Tung Kuang Industrial Joint Stock Co in Vietnam is originally the Alformer Industrial Co from Taiwan. No 29, Hsin Kung First Rd, Peitao Town, Chang Hua Country, Taiwan R.O.C. The company was established on 1989 which professionally in producing frame moulds and treating the surface. The company has purchased a 30.000 m2 area of land. The monthly production has already been over thousands of ton.

The time intervals of the company's formation and development :

• According the investment licensed no of  1191/GP by the Ministry of Planning and Investment of April 5th, 1995, Tung Kuang was established and located on Bien Hoa II Industrial Park the registered capacity is 5,500.000 USD and the statutory capacity is USD 2,000.000.

•  The company was formally running on Oct. of 1997.

•  On 1998/01/12 based on the license no 1191/GPDC1 Issued by  the Ministry of Planning and Investment to set branch office at Da Nang.

• Ha Noi branch office setted on 1998/06/13 according to the license No 1191/GPDC3 issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

•  According to the Industrial Administration, Dong Nai   the license no. of 1191/GPDC6-BKH-KCN-DN we setted Branch Factory at Cam Phuc, Cam Giang Dist., Hai Duong Pro.,  and the invested capacity 24,000.000 USD.

• Hai Duong Branch factory was formally beginning in operation on 2004, therefore we end of Ha Noi branch office.

• According to license No. 1191 CPH/GP by the Ministry of Planning and Investment of August  9th, 2005 TungKuang is formally listed our name Tung Kuang Industrial Joint Stock Co.

• 2006/04/21  Hanoi Stock Exchange issued 11/QD - TTGDHN approved Tung Kuang formally enlisted on Hanoi Stock Exchange and started on business transation. Tung Kuang is the most eariest company to get Vietnam Government approved one of the six of foreigh invested Company to start their stocks on market.

• 2007/09/18 Dong Nai Industrial park Administration Issued 4720330024 investment license to approve to build Nhon Trach brach company the invested capital amount to be USD 10,000,000.

• Untill 2010/09  Tung Kuang , Vietnam the registed Invested capital amout is 243,799,460,000  VND.
